After time in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats, wine aged on the lees in new oak for 12 months.
The “Ceps du Nébadon” vineyard is set on several south-facing estate hillsides in AOC Condrieu. On these hillsides, terraces are supported by dry stone walls. The soil consists of granite, mica and quartz which retain heat well. This allows the grapes to reach full maturity. The results are wonderful aromatics, noticeable mineralality and a generous, full-bodied feel in the final wine.
