Hollick’s story begins back in 1974 when Ian and Wendy Hollick purchased a piece of grazing land in Coonawarra, South Australia. Through the following years they cultivated the land and progressively planted many varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and more. Now, Ian, Wendy, and their two daughters Mel and Kate work side by side, driven by their quality, and hands-on approach.
