Whole cluster maceration for 12 days in gridded vats. Fermentation with native yeasts.

Aged 12 months in neutral oak barrels.

Coming from a family of four children, Lucien Lardy was the only one to choose winemaker as their profession. His father left him a wonderful legacy that he wanted to honor and preserve. As part of his daily work, he am acts as keeper of a French heritage. He gets up early to go into his vineyard and walk through the vines, as it gives him a strong sense of freedom and happiness.
