Provence
Located in the most southeastern part of France, with Italy just to the east and sharing its southern border with the Mediterranean Sea, Provence, is the definition of style. Known for the famous Mistral wind that blankets the vineyards and fields of lavender, keeps the soils dry, free of pests, and the skies clear making for an immense amount of sunlight. Provence is region saturated in warmth which carries into its wines, 88% of which are rosé.
